DUBARRIE SCHOOL OF DANCE

Our pre-school Jumping Jacks class is very popular developing young children’s co-ordination, fine and gross motor skills, spatial awareness and confidence through dance and music. The Adult class is a great way to keep fit offering Tap and Jazz to all levels of ability. Masquerade Musical Theatre gives young people the chance to act, sing and develop dance skills in a friendly environment. Our Dance Craze class on Saturdays offers pupils the opportunity to engage in a musical theatre dance class and encourages skills in choreography.

We also deliver workshops and classes in dance or drama to private nurseries, schools and youth groups, tailored to suit your requirements. These can be offered in the form of regular classes or one off workshops.

All pupils work to examination standard, with many senior pupils working towards teaching qualifications. Our staff are qualified and able to offer years of experience in working with young people. A week long production is undertaken every two years at Solihull Arts Complex with all pupils participating. From these productions we are very proud to have raised thousands of pounds for local charities.

We aim to provide pupils with the opportunity to take part in learning a new skill and endeavour to include children with special needs. We believe dance should be available to all and hope that the enthusiasm, talent and commitment of our staff will have a positive impact on all of our pupils.
