The Fleece in Rillington is a traditional 18th century family run country inn and restaurant situated close to the market town of Malton on the picturesque route along the A64 towards the NE coast of Scarborough and Filey. With a generous car park and large gardens at the rear, here at this popular community pub you can be assured of a friendly face to welcome you , whether you are calling in for drinks, light lunch or gourmet evening meal, a game of pool, darts, poker or dominoes, or just to meet with friends new and old. The Drovers Rest is open 6 days a week serving speciality steaks, grills and fish dishes using the very best of quality locally sourced ingredients and showcasing exciting traditional English cooking, including recipes from 200 years ago. Children and dogs are welcome in the bar, large parties are catered for, coaches by appointment only. The Fleece is well located for touring or walking, visiting the coast, the Dales and Wolds or local market towns of Pickering, Malton and Helmsley, also for days out at Castle Howard, Scampston Walled Garden, Flamingo Land, Yorkshire Lavender, Hutton le Hole or Eden Camp etc. We also offer an outside catering service and outside bar as required.
