Detailed description:
We operate our machines on a two shift basis. This enables us to operate 24 hours a day, with the option to run a weekends if required. Our Bermaq SG, 3 + 2 axis CNC milling machine (X-axis movement 2800mm, Y-axis movement 5000mm, Z-axis movement 1250mm) enables us to cut large models from a range of soft materials including model board, polystyrene, foam, timber and plastics. Grainger CNC Milling Machine (X-axis movement 3600mm, Y-axis movement 2400mm, Z-axis movement 1000mm) is dedicated to the production of polystyrene patterns.
