  I placed and paid for an order on 7.3.12. A simple alteration to the order was made. After a long wait I called in at branch and was told my order had been transferred to another branch an hours drive away. When I telephone to chase the order I am promised a reply - which I never receive. The date is now 22.5.12 and I am still waiting. I will not use this company again and would recomment that great caution is used when dealing with them.
