Short profile:
On presentation to the Hale Clinic a form will be provided to take personal details and basic medical history. I will then take a full case history regarding the symptoms you are presenting with including other pertinent medical questions.
Detailed description:
You will then undergo a full physical examination involving postural assessment, motion palpation and a thorough orthopaedic and neurological exam. An explanation of the findings and diagnosis will be provided and with consent treatment will commence there and then. If the diagnosis is a condition that I cannot treat I shall refer you accordingly; this may mean to your GP, a fellow health care practicioner such as an acupuncturist, podiatrist etc or perhaps very rarely hospital should the condition be an emergency.
