Queens Road Surgery.We offer pre-booked appointments upto 2 weeks in advance, make on the day appointments, and telephone appointments. Routine appointments are 10mins, and telephone appointments 5mins. Please make an appointment of appropriate length.
We have late surgeries on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6-7:45pm, strictly by appointment only. There is no telephone access to the surgery after 5pm. As an alternative to late night surgeries, there are sometimes 7-8am appointments available, please ask.
Patients are reminded that an appointment is 10 minutes long. Please make an appointment of appropriate length if you have several problems to discuss.
Detailed description:
Patients are normally seen by appointment only. This is a group practice in which the workload is shared by the doctors available on any given day.
This means there may not be a vacant appointment with the doctor of your choice on the day requested. you will, however, be offered the first available appointment with one of the other doctors. Please make one appointment for each person to be seen.
Please inform the receptionist if you need a longer than usual appontment for additional discussions or a medical. Doing this will save you making another appointment at a later date.
