DR GUY GRIBBIN

I studied medicine at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge before completing my clinical medical studies at Oxford University Medical School. After house jobs I entered an SHO training programme in medicine in Newcastle upon Tyne and after passing my Membership of the Royal College of Physicians became a Cardiology Research Registrar at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle. This led to a Specialist Registrar training programme in Cardiology during which I worked in the Freeman Hospital and Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle, Sunderland Royal Hospital and The James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough. After completing my specialst training I spent three months as a locum consultant at The James Cook University Hospital before taking up my post as a consultant at Torbay Hospital in Devon.
