AJRI find Donna Leigh's in Kidderminster has good products & is well-stocked. A couple of the staff are lovely and helpful, however, the male owner is rude and grumpy. His poor grasp of customer service (ie, service with a smile) lets the shop and the other staff down. Solely because of him I will take my £120pm and now shop elsewhere where I am guaranteed genuine and friendly service. Might be worth reminding him that it costs nothing to smile at your customers as without them, he won't exist.
