A Health & Safety consultancy service by a Chartered Safety & Health Practitioner that is also a Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner. Ken Rock can be employed short term for project work (safety policy, risk assessment and safety monitoring development), training (tool-box talks to formal qualification courses) or long term as an External Competent Person (keeping policies and risk assessments updated, auditing in-house monitoring and attending Safety Committee meetings).
Project work on Food Safety may include hazard analysis (HACCP or SFBB) and the development of a Food Safety Management System to comply with current legislation. Regular audits and training can also be programmed to maintain and improve hygiene standards.
