Anon80I would not give this garage a rating!!! The Service Manager - Mike Pollard was very unhelpful and argued for 50 mins in reception with me about when a diagnostic test could be completed - I was on holiday so every day the car was in the garage was an inconvience. I collected the car 3 days later - was fine at the beginning - 8 hours later the problem resurfaced, now my local Vauxhall garage is dealing with the problem, they understand and appreciate CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would NOT buy a car from Dobies as they don't understand how to treat/deal/please a customer.
