We work closely with designers assisting them with any technical, production or design reservations they might have at an early stage as well as with buyers and workshop managers so that billing and delivery issues are all handled with the minimum of fuss. We take a pride in our work and find that a close working relationship with the customer is critical in ensuring the job is completed to a mutually successful standard.

Our production management system is fully computerized, as is our automated quotation system. We are happy to handle contracts for annual call-offs as well as JIT scheduling. Where required we can offer a rapid response, 24-hour turnaround service for extra special rush jobs.

Throughout the project, DMS personnel will offer professional service and expert advice can be offered on design concepts, if required. Options for construction materials and methods are discussed to verify that the best possible finished laser cut product is achieved. We are happy to provide samples and carry out prototype work. On completion, full testing and documentation is provided to customer specifications.
