I remember the early days of the internet when people were being charged ridiculous prices to have tiny six page websites built for their businesses. Being a technophobe by nature I assumed that all this internet stuff was for geeks only and I certainly never foresaw the day when I would build a website for DL Specialist Tackle. That was back in 2001 and since then the site has undergone a few changes, the latest being the addition of on-line ordering.
This means that the site is now split into two - the shop where you can view and order items of tackle on-line, and this section where I list the majority of my range of rods and where other features like the articles section and gallery reside.
Detailed description:
When you enter the shop and start ordering ensure that you don't close the browser window until the ordering process is completed or your shopping trolley will be emptied. For that reason links back to this site will open in a new window.
Because I custom build each rod, often to customers' specifications, and rarely carry any completed rods in stock, I don't feel I can offer online ordering for them. So it is best to post or fax an order through, or to contact to me by 'phone or e-mail to discuss your requirements and to get an idea of current build times.
