We provide the necessary experience of hydraulic engineering that control large moving structures of; movable bridges, lock gates, material handling plant, marine applications including dock side equipment, mechanical handling equipment. The industrial sector of test equipment, machine tools... also specialist equipment such as personnel hydraulic lifts, disabled lifts and associated equipment.
Provide independent specialist knowledge of the hydraulics industry. Provide clients with in-depth expertise in their quest of quality cost effective solutions and give expert assurance in a field unknown by many.
Detailed description:
Provide professional support to clients in the completion of specific application of tender & manufacturing specifications. Incorporating standards and industry best practices that provide the customer with solutions that are best value for money. Achieve top level specification requirements and are of industry best practice. Significant experience in the application of hydraulic equipment subjected to environmental conditions, in particular marine, fresh water & minerals, allows us to provide our experience in areas that many have not.
From electro-mechanical designs the hydraulic system motion control is detail designed, including a hydraulic circuit with associated component selection. The design is completed by recommending components manufacturers, and system builders with associated costs.
Control problems are not always straight forward to unravel. An independent review to problem solving of existing hydraulic installations is provided.
Supporting clients in the provision of hydraulic technical support with respect to existing operating equipment, with a view to making recommendations of how to extend or maintain the installed equipment, minimise breakdowns, and extend equipment life & reliability.
