    Dan and his mate fitted us a new fuse box, took power to garage (using proper armoured cable all nicely hidden) added a fuse box in garage, fitted an outside PIR and connected up an extractor in bathroom, plus earthed mains water supply.

    Neat and tidy all done in a day.
