    I love these guys for saving me a fortune and a laptop. I live in London, my partner had this very expensive Vaio laptop which died on him when he was working at a convention in the U.S. These guys repaired it for £120 which is a bargen and less than 10% of the cost of this machine.

    My main responsibilites as an EA to the MD overseeing 8 countries of a UK Telecommunications incumbent is my ability for any of the Heads of our EU incumbents being able to reach our M'D, and if not him, then me. In this demanding role, clearly I need to be able to reach our UK based company's intranet 24/7. During a particularly challengiing time within our corporation in the UK, during a UK bank holiday period, I was unable to get access to the intranet remotely, due to some sort of 'data storm'. Unable to contact our internal IT people (based in India), I went online and discovered and contacted IT Division, who them went on to diagnose and explain my external connection problem, and without having to 'give blood'! They actually talked me through my connection problems, got me back online and functioning again, AND at a cost that was not questioned but actually congratulated on by my resourcefulness by my MD. They are so effective (quickly) that they made me preserve my reputation for being efficient. I would not hesitate to use them again. They 'get it'.
