Direct Travel Insurance was established in late 1992 and commenced trading in 1993. Since that time, we've become one of the UK's leading travel insurance specialists, having arranged insurance for over seven million travellers.
Over the years we have had positive mentions in countless articles in the national press. We have also responded to the needs of customers and now offer Scheduled Airline Failure Cover (SAFI) and Talking Nurses.
With a wide range of policies available, and a number of cover options to choose from, you can find the cover that’s right for you.
We can offer travel insurance to travellers up to the age of 75, and provide competitively priced family travel insurance which can include children for free. We may also be able to provide cover if you have any medical conditions.
