Tony’s background includes over 15 years’ helping businesses use information technology as a communications tool. Dimmock Web Marketing was then set up to help businesses be found in search engine's and to convert website visitors to leads, sales or action takers, using search engine optimisation, internet marketing and website usability best-practices. Our aim is simple: to help businesses take advantage of the incredible opportunity the internet has to offer: a level playing field for small and medium companies to win more customers, increase turnover and maximise profits. Tony is an intense, creative thinker who has an eye for detail and a passion for all things internet-related.

He enjoys sports, reading and family time and regularly works within the local community, running clubs and fundraising for schools and play-groups. He can't believe how fast his 7 year old son is growing up and his favourite quote is ‘carpe diem’, which literally means 'seize the day'. Rak comes from a sales background, having worked for major companies such as Avnet, SoftBrands and Whitbread.

Describing herself as methodical, patient and with nerves of steel, she looks after the day to day running of the company. She enjoys outdoor activities with her family, cooking, flower arranging and also participates in local community projects.
