Digitalpromo Ltd (Digitalpromo.co.uk) was founded by Mr Brian Moffatt in 2002 using a small bedroom for an office and a garage for storage, distribution and packaging.

Within a few months the operation grew at a phenomenal rate and a move to a large warehouse in Aintree, Merseyside was required.

Since these early days the market for DVD/CD media as grown and changed also at a phenomenal rate which Digitalpromo has kept ahead of, many times Digitalpromo has been the catalyst for many of these changes in conjunction with manufacturers of DVD/CD media.

Never ever again!

Brought a hard drive which didn't work. I took it back to the shop and rather than get a refund, was told I had to leave it with them for extensive testing. This is it's own right isn't standard practice that complies with UK Trading Laws, but I was told I would received a phone call within 48 hours and if the fault is confirmed then a refund will be applied to my credit card that I paid with. Not idea, but fair enough. After 48 hours and receiving no phone call, I phoned them up to chase the matter up with them. I spoke to a male employee who was polite enough and apologised for not contacting me and confirmed that the drive was indeed faulty and they refund will be applied back to my charged card and there is no need for me to return to store. After a week, there had been no refund applied at all so I phoned once again to chase up. This time I spoke directly to the female owner who said I must return to the store with my bank card so the refund could be applied. I did explain that I had previously been told by the male employee that there was no need for me to return to store as the refund would all be done electronically. This was the point she turned extremely rude and called me a liar and that she was actually sitting next to the male employee when I spoke to him on the phone and claimed no such thing was said. Clearly at this point I was getting a bit cheesed off and told her that this is an appalling way to run a business. Off I trundled to the strore. Again! The refund was finally given only to be spoken to like a piece of dirt by the Store owner in front of all other customers, some of whom actually walked out in disgust. Quite easily the worst customer service I have ever received and a most bizarre attitude to have when running your own company. I will never ever use this company again and I would warn people to avoid, as judging by other peoples reviews it's far from a one off incident. I have given my review 1 star and that is because there is no option for 0 stars.

Hi, excellent prices, selection and service. Never found any problems dealing with these guys and would highly recommend.
