    Their drivers are angry and the people answering their phones are rude and ignorant. I will never use their services and advise others to do the same.

    After my recent experience of this taxi firm, I would like to say how rude and unprofessional this firm's attitude has been.

    The driver charged us almost doubled our quote, drove slowly throughout our journey, and got lost before he picked us up-making us late.

    I was very unimpressed by the rudeness and can certainly say I will most certainly not be travelling using diamond taxi's ever again.

    They are the most angry, nasty, bad driving taxi firm on the Isle of Wight. I would rather walk than pay them to drive me anywhere.
