Our services have been developed to support those experiencing family change by assisting with the resolution of your practical problems, addressing the emotional impact of separation, and helping manage your arrangements for children, finances and communication in the context of legal proceedings.
Our Mediators, Psychologists and Family Counsellors offer support not only to those going through the Mediation process, but for anyone involved in family legal proceedings in the South West. These services are in addition to our Children's Resource Worker, (Specialist Child Psychologist), who continues to offer a confidential opportunity for children to express their views when their parents are involved in Mediation.

Our services have been designed to meet the needs of families experiencing change by way of divorce or separation.
By helping to resolve practical issues such as arrangements for children, finances and the emotional impact of separation, we can help families build a better understanding of each others needs and support not only to those going through the Mediation process, but anyone involved in family legal proceedings.
Our team of professionals, therapists and experts can tackle both practical and emotional matters for parents and children in a safe and confidential environment.
Mediation is a confidential way for couples to arrive together at fair, long lasting arrangements, thus reducing the pain and trauma associated with separation or divorce.
Mediators provide expert information but do not take sides or advise you; their role is to offer the opportunity to develop communication and reduce bitterness in order to make positive plans for the future.
One of the aims of Mediation is to produce joint proposals, without the need for costly court proceedings, and we encourage clients to seek advice from their own solicitor at any stage of the process should they wish to do so.
