We operate a fleet of Johnston sweepers available for hire. Sweeper services include: Building Sites Hospitals, Car Parks, Landfill Sites, Quarries, Forecourts, Airports, Factories, Warehouses, Gully Emptying. Devon and Cornwall Surfacing is in a position to offer a full Groundworks package. We have management and operatives experienced in many aspects of Civil Engineering and Groundworks and we can offer a full range of skills. At DCS we like to work with our clients at the early stages of a scheme or project, offering our much gained experience to our clients to achieve the best value solution.

With our extensive work base, supplier network and local knowledge we are confident we can achieve our clients objectives, both financial and time based. We have a specialised surfacing gang and run a mechanicial paver capable of producing Section 38 and Devon County Council Highways approved work. At DCS our Surfacing section have gangs that have worked with our Managing Director for the past 20 years so there is a good team spirit. They have undertaken all manner of surfacing works from major road re-surfacing to private drives and always to a high standard.

All personnel hold valid 6156 Street Works tickets and have had extensive training over the years. We operate a Bitelli mechanical paver which can cover a wide range of tasks from car parks to roads and private lanes. With the backing of major suppliers, we can offer very competitive rates on all surfacing works in the Devon, Cornwall and Somerset areas of the South-West.
