I am a Nottingham based, UK specialist collector/dealer of vintage toys and always looking to buy good to mint condition examples. Most toys considered straight from your loft, or garage. Also interested in bulk toy collections and old shop stock.
I will gladly discuss and give estimates and advice on individual items or collections.
Detailed description:
Was your childhood during the 60's, or 70's?
When toys had more metal, than plastic parts, and were usually Made in England.
When there was a yearly toy catalogue for each brand, full of pictures, products, and little boxes to tick once collected.
When pocket money meant quality for pennies.
Remember that trip down to the local toy shop by bus, or on your Chopper with its
fluorescent spokey dokey clackers?
Remember that packaging that you subconsciously new was good, but it never stopped you from pulling it apart to get to your new toy?
We didn't have Play Stations, or X-Boxes. No 99 channels on TV, no DVD movies, mobile phones, or personal computers.
We had cool toys, and games that fuelled our imagination.
Imagine having those toys again. Or those toys that you never had, but always wanted. Displayed in a cabinet, in your home, or office. Imagine the memories that could be rekindled.
