Kitchen and bathroom installers D E S : R E S are basically an internal refurbishment company operating in the Leeds York Harrogate triangle specialising mainly in the domestic sector. We are a close knit team and have all the trades at our disposal, many of us capable of multiple trades. Our bread and butter is building works, plastering, rewires, flooring, tiling and kitchen/bathroom installations. We still take on smaller jobs like the odd bit of skimming or fitting skirting boards to keep us busy.

Established in 2007, D E S : R E S was founded by Tim Cookson having developed many properties in the UK and in France. Tim had a vision for turning buildings into tailor made living spaces that represented their owners’ personalities. A constantly evolving company, since its humble beginnings working on small jobs like tiling and flooring jobs, D E S : R E S is growing in reputation and stature and used to handling sizable projects like loft conversions, full service kitchen and bathroom remodelling/additions, garage conversions, basement conversions, entire house and apartment renovations.
