Detailed description:

Denton Associates are a select team of customer focused professionals who are leading

specialists in office design & fit out. Denton Associates is privately owned and managed, with a high level of staff retention. All our staff are professionally qualified. Our designers have degrees and project managers are chartered surveyors or chartered engineers.

MDs are hands on, getting personally involved in every one of our projects. The team you initially meet, and who will be actively involved from the start of the project, are the same people who will see the project through to its final completion.

Denton Associates provide a full "one stop" design and fit out service.Initially, a Denton Associates Director will visit with one of our designers to discuss your requirements. The Denton Associates Director will remain involved throughout the scheme as your main point of contact. Our in house design team will guide our clients through the design process, from creating concept ideas through to comprehensive design detailing.

Our Project Management and Commercial Management team prepares programmes, cost management documentation and details of quality adherence procedures. A weekly project meeting will be held to discuss progress, quality and any change requirements. A detailed project report will be prepared for each meeting. We have our own Health and Safety team. The Construction (Design and Management) Coordinator and Principal Contractor role are undertaken "in house".
