I found this company to be unprofessional with poor organisation and terrible communication. They overcharge massively for training and CRBs both of which are essential things to have before you can start work. I paid out £150 in training and checks before starting and earned £1500 in 4 months despite calling them every day and being promised full time hours. A lot of shifts were cancelled and the clients were not impressed with them either. I felt uncomfortable working for such a shabby company and left.
