Detailed description:
Design Development Partnership is based in the Tournament Fields Development Warwick on Junction 15 of the M40, and is therefore well situated to deal with design, planning and development matters throughout the country.
Not only is the practice conveniently located in relation to the major towns and cities of the East and West Midlands, but, being close to the heart of the motorway and major road network, projects further a field would be within easy reach.
We are proud to be registered with the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT), also associate of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
We are also registered members of the Association of Project Safety (APS) and offer a service as CDM-Coordinator on all larger projects.
We are a member of the National Home Energy Rating (NHER) accreditation scheme and can offer On Construction Energy Performance Certificates on all new build dwellings. You can be assured that you will receive a Certificate produced by a qualified and accredited assessor which can be relied upon.
