Rajan Patel himself reviewed and determined 1000's of planning recommendations put to him by junior officers at both Wokingham and Elmbridge and under delegated powers he was tasked to make the final decision to approve or refuse planning applications in accordance with Council policies. Therefore he his best placed to understand what is likely to meet or not meet a positive approval.

Rajan has also determined/reviewed planning applications submitted by some of the country's biggest house builder including Persimmon Homes, Bovis Homes, Taylor Wimpey and Bewley Homes to name a few, and has himself worked on projects involving 600 new dwellings and other major applications.

The consultancy has a clear understanding of how to review and best place a scheme ranging from a residential extension schemes, 1 new dwelling, too schemes involving a mix of 100's of new houses, highways and school buildings and multimillion pound s106 packages. We use our Local Authority Planning exposure to the benefit of our clients by providing them with realistic feed back as a foundation to work from. We do not aim to constrain their aspirations but will ensure they have all the relevant information infont of them to make considered decisions.

We may at times be frank in our assessments of schemes and feed back comments that our clients may not want to hear, but providing a clear and straight forward appraisal will help our clients understand the merits and obstacles of their schemes early on and allow them to plan an evaluate their projects to ensure that any end out come is financially achievable and meets their individual needs.
