Hearing aids are small electronic devices that amplify and clarify sounds to enable someone with a hearing loss to hear better and participate more fully in life. Hearing aids come in all different shapes and styles that can be worn in or on the ear, but they are all made up of the same basic parts Fifty years on and David Ormerod Hearing Centres (DOHC) remains a family run business with a solid, service based foundation. Here, at DOHC, we've always listened to our customers.
Gaining a reputation for excellent service and value for money, growth has been inevitable. In 1985 David's son Peter, the company's current CEO, qualified as a hearing aid dispenser.
Together, they continued to grow the business through opening new stores.
