Prepare sketch schemes, planning applications, detailed drawings, specifications, rendered computer aided design (CAD) images as appropriate

If required, we can assist with the construction phase and administer a contract with the chosen builder

We have installed sophisticated CAD workstations employing ArchiCAD and AutoCAD software.

Where total compatibility is required when sharing drawing files with other consultants, schemes are designed in AutoCAD which is very much the industry standard with structural engineers, land surveyors and services engineers, as well as the majority of other architects.

To supplement the above, where fully rendered perspectives are required to help visualise a scheme in three dimensions, we use ArchiCAD which constructs a full building model that can be walked through, flown over or indeed viewed from any angle.

As well as multiple unit housing schemes for developers or Housing Associations, the office also accepts commissions for one-off new build houses.
