Detailed description:
Formed in 2000 by our principal David Barnes, we aim to help businesses - large and small, and in all sectors - to improve their own performance through tailor-made, cost effective training, development and consultancy.
After a career in management with several blue chip businesses including Unilever and Marconi, David joined the Industrial Society and spent 15 years as its senior management adviser and consultant. David also successfully ran his own publishing business before establishing his independent practice, David Barnes Associates.
David and all our associates bring a wealth of knowledge and practical results-based experience to helping our client businesses improve their own performance by providing practical solutions to their own particular needs.
Today we have a team of associate advisers based throughout the UK. All are specialist in their own particular areas of human resource management and development.
