Darrow Farm Equestrian Supplies was established in June 1994 by John and Gill Farrer as a farm supply shop, providing supplies to local farmers and agricultural businesses.
They steadily grew their business successfully over the next few years, employing 4 members of staff and spreading their service to the whole of East Anglia.
Detailed description:
The drastic changes in farming over the next few years made John and Gill make a very bold decision to turn the business from purely farm supplies into equestrian as well. The descision turned out to be the right one, as after 7 years development the business has now established itself as one of the leading equestrian outlets in the area.
The business is now family run and in the process of being taken over by William Farrer, John and Gill's son, who hopes to implement some new ideas to bring the company on and take it forward into the future.
