Detailed description:
We specialise in building (structural) surveys, as well as architectural design, party wall matters, and subsidence investigations.
A building survey is a detailed visual inspection of the property and is appropriate to all building types and ages. A technical report is produced following inspection detailing all the defects and all the repairs required in all the structural elements, including drainage. Repair cost estimates, digital photographs of defects and relevant technical data extracts are all included.
