1973 saw the start of production at danfloor in Kibaek near Herning, Denmark Since then the development of the company has accelerated and today it is one of the leading tufted carpet manufacturers in Denmark Acquired by the Ulster Group in January 2002 it is in recognition that a once family owed company has now been adopted by the Ulster Group, itself founded in 1938 during the great depression, and still today remains a family own global organisation that is driven to continuingly strive for quality of service and product

By designing and manufacturing our own products danfloor are able to deliver quality carpets that are tailored to their market application.
The readers of the Contract Flooring Journal have acknowledged the quality, choice and performance of our products by honouring us with the best broadloom carpet provider award for three consecutive years.
In addition to quality products that offer our customers a choice of colour, design, backing types and pile weights, we are able to deliver outstanding customer sales and support via our experienced members of staff. We have a UK wide sales team who are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of carpet design, application and installation. We also have a dedicated support team based at our Bristol head office that are on hand to provide sales support.
We also have a number of dedicated distribution partners who provide fast and efficient deliveries to all UK wide locations.
