Our designs are consistently rated the most inventive effective stylish and hard-wearing by independent media testing and by our customers. Our factory employs 400 highly-skilled workers totally and exclusively dedicated to the production of Sundridge quality clothing. We design and manufacture our clothing under very strict control and are Quality Registered under ISO 9001. Our returns rate is less than half of one per cent which is the lowest in the industry. Our Customers include major UK Government Departments and many of The Largest Distributors of Protective, Marine and Flotation Clothing throughout Europe.

Infinity "X" Reels
Terry ByattI would like to take this opportunity to let you know that i am not happy with service i am getting from Diawa Sports.
On the 24th of February i sent three number Infinity “X” reels to you for a service and overall, as of this date i have heard nothing from Diawa despite being told it would take about a week turnaround.
I called on Friday 02 March to enquire about the reels and was duly hung up on twice when put through to somebody,and then i called again i was told by the operator to leave my number and someone would call me back, which i did and low and behold know one called so i rung back and was told by a tapped voice message that Diawa was now closed.
I called again on Monday 05/03/2012 to enquire about my reels and was duly hung up on AGAIN, I don't think that this the way customers should be treated by a world wide company such as Diawa and will think seriously in the future about buying any Diawa equipment.
