DAISYCHAIN BENEVOLENT FUND

Short profile:

Daisychain Benevolent Fund was founded in 2003 by a group of people who jointly had over twenty five years of experience within the charity sector, many of these being focused on successfully developing the retail operations within major UK charities

Detailed description:

They were concerned that some charities did not have the resources, knowledge or written constitution that allowed them to develop fundraising shops. In addition with spiralling costs in administration and development many established organisations have closed shops or seen their shops become less cost effective. Daisychain Benevolent Fund was formed to eliminate as many of these costs as possible and therefore to maximise the funds raised. We currently operate 10 shops throughout the Midlands area.
