Detailed description:
CTG Surveyors specialise in the design and construction of Performing Arts Theatres, Dance studio's, Television, Radio and general Media Suites. We include and can supply all curtains and cyc rails, lighting rigs, sound trusses etc.
Uniquely, as chartered building surveyors, we can also advise on and supply all technical equipment, lighting dimmer racks etc., in conjunction with our associate company.
Through our own Architectural Designers we can also supply standard desking, or design and build our own desking for difficult spaces and those occasions where a special finish is required.
CTG Surveyors provide a complete design solution.
Our Architectural designers work in and with commercial, educational and residential clients. We use initial concept images and models to work up final 3D images and fully designed schemes. Working closely with you and other members of the construction team our interior architects bring spaces to life.
As much as the spatial layout is important so is the selection of finishes and furniture. Our architectural designers can suggest all kinds of finishes to suit available budgets and design bespoke furniture and fixtures.
As a Practice, CTG Surveyors offer a wealth of experienced and qualified Project Managers.
Our Project Managers are also Chartered Building Surveyors with strong construction knowledge.
