The Service Department has years of experience in dealing with many issues including networking. We understand that lost production time can cause havoc with deadlines. In addition, we are always happy to discuss any further requirements you have, we understand that all businesses have different needs. The Service Department also arranges the installation of new equipment. The usual process is to agree a suitable installation date and arrange for one of our technicians to arrive with the equipment pre-configured here in our workshop. We also then provide immediate post-installation support, free of charge for a limited period.
