Detailed description:
We are based in the North East of England and our three offices in Newcastle, Washington and Teesside allow us to service from the North York Moors in the South to the Scottish Borders in the North with ease.
We are also proud to be a part of UKBS PLC, delivering professional and independent property services on a National basis to all clients throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The Practice originates from 1978. We take our current name from the initials of the three partners, Steve Chappell, Eric Shepherd and Steve Nesbitt.
