  They miss appointments with no explanation or apology and when they do turn up they don’t carry out the work as promised.

  After being repeatedly told what was broken on the washing machine they adopted a 'we know best' attitude and refused to stay long enough to check the washing machine was working.

  I explained that it would complete the first couple of stages of a cycle and would then get stuck their attitude was to start the machine see that it appeared to be working and leave this resulted in them having to be called out on 5 different occasion (2 of which they didn’t show up).

  I have been forced to use these cowboys as i rent my property and my letting agent insists on using them.(i suspect this would change if it was their time they were wasting)

  IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
