CROYDON CHURCHES HOUSING ASSOCIATION

Croydon Churches Housing Association, operating since 1967 has its roots and culture firmly based among the residents of South London. We have 1277 homes in ownership in the London Boroughs of Croydon, Merton, and Sutton and manage 69 homes on behalf of other registered social landlords. CCHA maintains a close working relationship with residents and is a local employer that has "one star" best company status.

We are a community-based housing association in the true sense of those words. With nearly 1400 properties in only three London boroughs we maintain a close relationship with residents that larger associations can never aspire to. Our commitment remains to provide first class and affordable homes and services and through a range of strategic partnerships ensures that the number of homes and the residents that we offer those services to is growing year on year.
