CROYDEN HOUSE

Croyden House is an traditional Lakeland stone house, built at the turn of the 19th century. We are located on a quiet street in the centre of Ambleside. We are ideally situated for walkers, climbers, mountain bikers or those who just want a relaxing break. We are strictly non-smoking. Rooms have a shower and toilet facilities. The two standard rooms share a bathroom which is situated across a hallway.

Each room has tea and coffee making facilities, flatscreen digital television and is individually heated. Guests have the use of our private car park, which is situated at the back of the guest house (accessed from King Street). We are happy to cater for larger groups (up to a total of 20 people) and can offer an early breakfast and packed lunches. We can also offer a home-cooked evening meal by prior arrangement for groups of over 10 guests. Our family rooms are en-suite with one double and one single bed.

We can add a travel cot or camp bed to the room for additional babies/children. We also have a high chair which your children can use for breakfast. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets.
