CROXGROVE POWDER COATERS (1987) LTD

Croxgrove Powder Coaters (1987) Ltd have a total of four complete powder coating lines. Consequently, we offer excellent lead times and coat a large and diverse variety of parts.

Our pre-treatment consists of two two-stage iron-phosphate plants, one being an overhead conveyer system and the other being a flat belt system. We also offer a solvent-based degreasing process.

Our powder coating lines consist of two camelback ovens and two overhead conveyer lines, each individually equipped to be self-sufficient. In stock we keep a vast range of RAL and BS colours, offered in various finishes from matt to gloss and smooth to textured. We also offer hammer finishes.

The packing process is unique and tailored to each customer's needs. We offer transportation using our own vehicles which are available to deliver and collect from customers within a 10 mile radius of our location.

The Engineering Division at Croxgrove Powder Coaters (1987) Ltd has always specialised in the design and manufacture of all types of machine guards, from individual small coupling guards to entire roll forming mills.

We also meet a large demand for fabrications and sheet metalwork, ranging from one-off work to the demands of mail order catalogues.
