Crowder Consulting was founded in 1985 and became a limited company in 1994. Since then the company has continued to develop and now employs around 80 professional staff and associates, split into three main areas:

55% Water and Waste Water Engineering

40 % IT & Software

5% Administration & Marketing

We have accumulated a wealth of experience working for major water companies throughout the UK including Thames Water, Severn Trent Water, Northumbrian Water North and South, Bristol Water, Yorkshire Water, Northern Ireland Water, United Utilities and Dee Valley Water.

The organisation operates a quality management system that has gained BS EN ISO 9001:2008 certification which has been adapted to suit the requirements of water engineering and software development industries.

We are fully committed to developing all personnel in order to achieve our aims and objectives and to improve our performance. We have been successfully recognised as Investors in People since 2004.

We are fully committed to achieving the highest standards of health and safety management and performance in order to safeguard our employees, suppliers, clients and any other person that may be affected by our actions and activities.

Our environmental policy complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 140001 and will be implemented as an Environmental Management Strategy. The company will seek certification using the BS8555 phased approach to implementation.
