Short profile:
We have a therapy room and an activities room on site. We have two full-time activity co-ordinators who tailor an activities plan for each client. We offer a wide range of activities which are designed to encourage independence. If you have particular interests and hobbies we will encourage you to maintain these where practically possible.
Detailed description:
We specialise in providing intensive Neuro-rehabilitation for patients with complex physical or cognitive needs including patients with challenging behaviour.
We offer a six week assessment, during which time a comprehensive therapy and nursing assessment is undertaken.
Each patient has a goal orientated care plan to meet their needs, which includes therapy sessions, group therapy and social activities.
We provide care in a purpose-built centre, split across three units. All our rooms are en-suite and we have spacious lounges on each unit.
