We utilize a variety of distribution centres around the UK, this enables us to keep good stocks of our product and provide fast delivery on all in-stock items.

You can pay for your product on-line using our secure server, Paypal or give us a call on 0845 658 8868 to pay over the telephone We are a limited company with VAT registration status, all our prices include VAT at 17.5%. Please feel free to contact us by telephone or using the email contact form - we endeavour to respond to all emails within 1 working day. Within the 30 day warranty we request our customers to carry out small minor warranty repairs.
Create Lesiure Ltd will supply the new parts required; however we still require customers to fit the new parts supplied. We may require the old parts returned to us, an e-mailed photograph would often suffice to back up a warranty claim.
If we do need the parts returning it will be at the customers cost to ship the defective parts to us.
