    Their work is very good and the staff is very nice. I was recently due to a treatment there and I have never seen such a good treatment .. really good doctors. 3/2/2010 11:37:58 AM

    • fc: this is a fertility clinic- and not a very good fertility clinic at that! very unco-orinated. Owed me few hundred pounds that took 4months to be returned. Don't see the same people each time. Male member of staff not wanting to talk about what he was seeing on the ultrasound screen- took 3minutes. Always waited more than 40mins to be seen in the 6-8 appointments we had-never told why or that we had to wait. Private discussions had with doctor standing up in waiting rooms and at reception. When requested to see same doctor few mins later as I remembered something I had to see another doctor and explain everything from scratch which is not ideal. Would not recommend this clinic to a friend. Tried IUI once and will now take myself and partner elsewhere. Unfortunately it means repeated consultations, investigations, explanations and more waiting....... long road to parenting (and worth it in the end hopefully)
