Crampton Primary is a one form entry school situated in the north of the London Borough of Southwark. The school is set in attractive grounds which are surrounded by flats and houses which are predominantly local authority owned. The school reflects the multi-cultural nature of its local community. We enjoy particularly good support and relationships with parents and carers. We pride ourselves on our provision for the needs of the local community and have an established breakfast and after school club on site, as well as running many extra curricular activities for our pupils.

Crampton is consistently over subscribed and enjoys a good reputation within the local community and the LEA. This is based on the school’s success in achieving its commitment to promote high expectations of both academic and behavioural standards.
We aim to:

Continue to raise our already high expectations, as well as those of learners and their parents.

Encourage children to question, evaluate and make decisions, so that they are pro-active in their own learning.
Continue to value and develop our partnership with parents, which is vital in helping children to do as well as they can.
Continue to be a valuable resource for the local community and encourage children to realise that they can make a difference within it.
