  They ruined my shoes after re-heeling by making my heel longer than the rest of my shoe! It was an example of seriously bad workmanship. Then, instead of being extremely apologetic when I brought the shoes back they seemed angry at me and acted so rudely that walked out and paid for someone else to fix the shoes as I did not want to have any association with them. My friend also had a similar experience recently when the sole of her shoe came away after one week of them putting it on and she was on holiday so couldn't take it back right away which was really frustrating for her.You've been warned!
