We have a full team of in house mechanical and electrical engineering specialists including, designers, technicians, contract management, quantity surveying together with directly employed pipe-fitters, plumbers and electricians meaning that what ever your building project needs we have the internal skill set to complete your project on schedule, within budget and right first time. Specialist areas of knowledge include hospital, prison and data centre installations and our knowledge of the required standards from a design and build basis for these types of project are current and leading- edge.

CPL was originally formed in 1993 with a vision to provide mechanical and electrical D&B (design and build) services on more specialised projects alongside general building services installations in North Birmingham. We are geographically well-placed on the central motorway network to provide ease of nationwide coverage for the services we offer and in recent times have build projects or service contracts running as far north as Dumfries, south to London and beyond, east to Norwich and west along the M4 corridor and down into Devon. Such services include all sectors of commerce and industry. We are able to undertake work on new- build, refurbishment and retro-fit, together with planned and reactive maintenance and repairs on wide variety of contracts.
