COVER is an employment agency that provides temporary short term / long term and permanent placements for teachers in schools in the Southwest of England including Bristol, B.A.N.E.S, Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset, Somerset and Wiltshire. Cover is a local company. Cover is now in its 11th year and supplies schools across the region. Cover supplied over 110 different schools last year. Cover puts a strong emphasis on the personal approach.
Cover has very experienced education consultants who have taught in the Bristol region for a combined 70 years. COVER was founded in Bristol during 1998 by Jane Leach and Linda Kell to provide an employment agency for teachers. All of their previous experience was devoted to education in the Bristol Region and setting up this new company was a natural progression which utilised their skills and knowledge. They had known each other for over 20 years.
Sadly Jane died of cancer in January 2006. Since then Cover has continued to expand and evolve, building on the excellent foundations which Linda and Jane put into place.
